I collect your name, email and postal address to manage your subscription and send physical letters. Your LinkedIn link is optional and helps me understand who’s joining. Signup details are stored using Supabase. You can ask me to correct or delete your details by email.
When you type in the street-address field, the search text and selected country are sent to Geoapify to suggest addresses. You can edit every suggested detail or enter your address manually. See Geoapify’s privacy policy.
I count paid visits, form opens, forms started, accepted registrations and addresses that pass basic mailing checks. Errors and repeat signups are counted separately. These records use a random visit ID that lasts up to 30 minutes in your browser tab, a source such as Facebook or Instagram, and numeric ad IDs. They do not contain your name, email, postal address, IP address, full page URL or the text you type. They are stored in Supabase and visible only in my private admin dashboard. This first-party measurement is separate from Meta ad cookies.
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits. For visitors identified as being in the United States, Meta ad measurement is on unless you opt out or your browser sends a privacy signal. For other visitors, and when location cannot be determined, it stays off until you allow it. I use Vercel’s country-level request information to choose this setting; the policy endpoint does not store or return your IP address or precise location. When enabled, the Meta pixel records page visits and newly completed registrations. Meta receives browser and network information, including your IP address, page URL and cookie identifiers, and may associate these events with your Facebook or Instagram account to measure and improve advertising. This integration does not attach your name, email, LinkedIn profile or postal address to those events.
You can decline without affecting your membership, and change your choice using “Your privacy choices / Do not sell or share” in the homepage footer or “Ad privacy choices” on the signup form. Existing opt-outs are preserved. The site respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Sharing with Meta for advertising may count as “sharing” under US privacy laws.
